Unboxing is a standard but here is where K2M differs: I was able to leave specific questions in my request. They counted my albums, POBs and sent me pictures of the contents so I could verify that everything arrived as expected. And when it came time to ship, they had the quickest turnaround time I’ve ever had. Each company package was wrapped and labeled with the package ID and no consolidation fees! It was such a easy and stress free experience that they are now my new proxy service.

It's the most secure package I've ever opened in my life! Everything was so neatly organised and protected in the box, and arrived so quickly. 👍👍 The long storage and free photo and packaging services is the best. KoreaToMe is super communicative and fast with emails, and transparent with all their fees and costs that it gives me no worries. They're also very kind to explain and fix things, and added details to their website. My only points of improvement is if there were more shipping options, or an exchange rate not using USD.
